Off to a horrid start.. Brownies, pizza, lots of pizza. No wonder I'm slowly gaining weight. Even tried to write myself an e-mail and send it to myself (a little pep talk). I should really try the fitness challenges I have stuck up on my wall. I know if I go to gym, it will inspire me start somewhere and watch my eating.
