How I got my weigh down is watching how much I eat and delete junk
food out of category. On weekends I treat myself to junk food but makes sure
I keep it to a limit..
169.7 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
