I managed to stick to plan yesterday but it was a crazy day. My oldest daughter and I left early yesterday morning and drove 3 hrs north to pick up our new puppy. From there we went to my niece's 1st birthday party which was 2 1/2 hrs from the puppy pick-up place. I took my own dip (chicken buffalo dip) which I ate with pork skins and was therefore able to pass-up all the goodies. We left the party at 7:15 and drove home....another hour and a half. I was exhausted! My daughter wanted Arby's on the way home and even though I was hungry, I didn't get anything. I didn't know whether Arby's meat had sugar or not. I waited until I got home at 9pm and made something quick. I did not eat the healthiest but I didn't have cake either.
