DH and I both weighed ourselves today. He has lost 18# and I have lost 12#. Low carbing, and trying to keep carbs close to 20 daily as our goal. Thinking about adding coconut oil to my diet, mostly in my coffee with sf chocolate syrup, and cinnamon. I miss fancy coffee drinks when it starts getting cooler outside. Made a tasty coffee drink using HWC, sf chocolate and raspberry syrup and instant coffee. Exercise has been garden and yard work this summer. Will be starting deep water aerobics at Y in October.
