I discovered this site today and am so excited! I have tried other free online sites and have not been happy. I was really afraid that I would have to pay to join a decent site. I am so happy I do not have to do that!

For the last two days I have tried to do Atkins (without the book so that doesn't help). But I am not liking it. So I am going to look into South Beach. I'm really just looking for something that will make me feel better and that will help me shed this weight FOR GOOD!!!!! I have been on the Weight Watchers program numerous times and even have lost quite a bit....but it always comes back! (Yep..on it's own I swear :-) Anyway, I am really excited to learn more about this site and make new friends!
