Starting today I am trying to lose weight so that my son and I can have a better life. I want to be around for him.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 September 2013:
1475 kcal Fat: 55.15g | Prot: 85.10g | Carb: 167.37g.   Breakfast: 100% Maple Syrup, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Peaches, Hood Country Style Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Lunch: City Barbeque Mac and Cheese, Green Giant Broccoli Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots), Turkey Burger. Dinner: Drew's All Natural Roasted Garlic & Peppercorn Dressing, Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn, Rold Gold Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels. more...
