Ate healthy foods, one or two pepsis on weekend. Played the Yetter, walked over 6.5 miles each day. Went for a half hr walk last night. Get some!
122.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
