Okay so it's 11:30 and I'm still going to bed late, but earlier than last night. Today we did legs at the gym and some dips along with some pull-ups. Feeling pretty good with that, but where I'm having trouble is the eating part. I took a half turkey sandwich with a little mayo and mustard with me before I left the house. But then I snacked through out the day. 5 oreo cookies, a small bag of swedish fish, chips and a little bit of salsa. For dinner I had a chicken and vegetables medley and after a nectarine and a plumb and a bowl of popcorn with butter and some more little cookies. So I clearly think the snacking is my downfall. Brushing teeth and then in the bed.
