Ok so it's been a week since my last journal entry and a lot has happened. But the one thing that has not happened is me getting to bed early. That is a consistent struggle to make happen. But I do find if I write in this journal everyday that it keeps me aware of what I'm trying to do. So let me kind of put things into perspective over the last week. Last Thursday I broke my toe running. That sucks. The good thing is that I've still gotten to the gym, which is good. Crunches and weights seem to be the main thing right now since I can't do any cardio or I've not really tried since I can't put pressure on my toe. I do feel that I'm getting stronger but realistically I won't see the results I want until I get serious about my diet. As of now I'm eating pretty much whatever I want. Not drinking as much except for football Sundays. Well lets see if I can be more consistent on writing in this journal.
