Started the fasting diet again, very carefully, not to loose any hard gained muscle. Trying to see if this will help me get leaner, drop my body fat #. Except got to remember to do it only for few days a week, not every day. It's really not that bad once you stop eating around 6-7pm, then if you skip breakfast or have a late breakfast, you're already at 24-28 hours. My problem is, waking up at 4:30AM, I have more time to be conscious about my hunger. It's easier when you're a sleep.
