I really struggled last week wit what to eat. I finally got it together over the weekend. I've started my veggies and fish and chicken. I also picked up some raw almonds and cashews. The nuts are good for you but I really have to watch how many I eat, because I love them and often eat too many.
I worked out a the Club yesterday. I felt much better after. My goal is to get a work out in at least five days a week.
My water intake is okay, but I need to pick it up.
I weighted in at 148.6 yesterday. My first weigh-in since starting. Not bad because I thought it was going to be over 150 pounds.
