There are lots of diet plans out there. You have to find what works for you. I've tried South Beach and the Perricone 28 day diet. I've had success on both, but I've also had success by just eliminating sugary drinks and refined sugars. Just think and eat healthy. And, remember to drink lots of water.

Is anyone aiming for a NO Sugar diet?
Total elimination of sugar is difficult and no fun. Even your veggies have some sugar. However, you can eliminate refined sugars. I did it for five years. When I went back to it I gained 15 pounds....beware!

Making treats expensive
I like it. I think a little edulgence goes a long way in helping us understand that we can be healthy and have fun too. And the helping people part of your stragety.... awesome!!!!
