Soooo, I feel like I have been gone so long I need to reintroduce myself. I am looking into joining Curves to help me to shed some poundage even on somewhat bad days. I am back to trying to count my calories and slowly will introduce my medifast foods sitting in my cabinet because going from MCD to Medifast is sure way to barf. Don't hold me to it, but I am giving this a go again and am hoping for the best. I know I have to get back down as I never met my goal of seeing under 300 pounds. So,

It's soo good to see you! I've looked at your profile every week to see if you were here! You were my first buddy and a really big inspiration to me! I hope you know that you inspire others! I know you will get there...it's a never ending battle for me but if I feel like slacking off I get right back on. I'm glad your back!

Yep I am back! And look for the weigh loss to be logged and the food to be logged again. I go through my ups and downs and periods of quitting, but atleast I am not where I was a year ago. I am looking forward to another go at this weight loss journey. I am doing my own calorie counting as well as including Medifast foods.
