I'm still working on the toning and strength-training. The goal is to lose more body fat, especially from my butt and thighs, the last two areas that are "clinging" to fat reserves, lol! I'm not paying attention to my weight now, but to my appearance, with my weight as a guide. I don't want to gain weight back, unless it's truly muscle, but I'm not lifting enough weights to accomplish that. This is the closest that I have ever been to my fitness goals! It's awesome; inspiring! And I have a ton of energy! It's great to be fit and lean!
86.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
