Jogging has become my new hobby - I attached a chart to my front door so I can easily log my daily and weekly totals. I added a space to the chart to also tally my daily vitamins and water intake (I still suck at getting my 8 glasses of water a day. If I did, I'm sure the weight would be coming off faster.) But my body...even my face...is thinner!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
