slow and steady wins the race...down 1 more lb.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

there's truth to it. After realizing I didn't lose 11 lbs. (UGH!!) I have to believe that taking it slow is the best thing for me in keeping it off anyway!! Thanks for the comment Gab.
