Dear Diary, It's been 20 days since my last confession (weigh-in). My sins include self indulging in non-nutrient snacking, regular pop, and just bad eating all the "weigh" around. True, I had to visit a far off land to deal with family issues, but comfort eating truly did not make me feel better. My clothes are tighter and I didn't do one iota of exercise.
I have seven weeks left in my challenge so it's back to recording every bite and being accountable to myself and to you.
All is not lost, I can do this. I MUST do this!
So concludes my lastest confession :-)
184.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
