I am no longer doing Atkins. I am just eating to live,

193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb. Still to go: 48.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sorry that you are struggling so much. Wish there was some way I or the other Atkins followers could help. There are lots of people out there in FS if you reach out for support.
