Still Keeping On Keeping On. Perseverance is the key. My hope is to break the 200 mark by the end of this month. I really believe I can do it. I know my challenge comes with cheating. A bite here ...a bite there. They all add up. Stay healthy everyone. Enjoy what's left of the summer.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, I didn't see you had made an entry. Hope you are totally recovered from your fall. And I am sure you will be in underland ie the 190's by the end of September.
