Ouch has been the word the past few days--I've had back spasms which curtailed much of my usual activities, including exercise. It's gotten better the last couple of days and I've been able to do some slow walking. The good news is that I haven't been eating a lot even though I've been fairly inactive and reading so I haven't piled on the pounds. I've been working to stay within my "resting" calories. Usually things like a sore back set me back but I'm not letting it to it this time.
