Going to purchase a digital scale. The one I have is obviously faulty. No way did I lose 3 lbs in one day.....

I walked for over an hour today but that doesn't count because I weighed myself first thing in the morning.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
