It's getting colder here...but I can't complain. We have had a wonderful October and I've really enjoyed it. Makes me realize how I much I will miss my walks when it will get too cold. (I'm kind of a wimp in the cold - I WILL NOT walk out there.) I HAVE to get that treadmill fixed!! Or buy a new one. I think I have about another month of tolerable weather...so I need to get it done before that.

I only lost a pound this last week. I was hoping for something better. But I can live with it. I feel so much better physically now that I've been on the plan again. And it is easier with my sister doing it, too.

I'm being serious again about getting thinner. I really want to lose some weight before the holidays. So, I am really going to cut back this week. This week I will be sticking to 20-25 carbs and I will also watch my salt - so very little bacon!! My blood pressure has been through the roof the last week...so I need to watch that.

2 eggs with taco meat, cheese and sour cream = 4C
1 cup of coffee with h/c = 0C

I don't like walking in cold weather either, Sista! You LOST a pound last week! That's a GOOD thing! Kudos to you :) Keep an eye on that blood pressure, Girl! Sounds like you have a good food plan so GO GET 'EM! :D

It's cold here too and absolutely unbearable walking in it with a cold. I despise treadmills so I'm not looking forward to the cold that november will bring...congrats on the loss!!!! Let's get some more weight off by the holidays!
