Oh my goodness! I haven't been on here for three weeks! Three weeks of eating whatever the heck I wanted to eat!! I've gained 3 pounds, but it COULD be a lot worse. I am just trying to figure out my food mentality...WHY AM I SO ALL OR NOTHING???? I am either following my plan 110%, or not at ALL! I hate the way I do this, and I would do anything to change it! If anyone has any insight, please let me know...I want to break the cycle this time. I want to start losing again before I gain all 21 pounds back that I just lost. Basd on my past experience, tht is what I will do. Please help!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
