despite my Huge lunch yesterday at Mhanna Rest..I managed to burn it off last night and compensated by skipping dinner
277.8 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2640 kcal Fat: 106.91g | Prot: 102.17g | Carb: 269.53g.   Breakfast: Turkish Coffee, Espresso Coffee, Halloumi Lite, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial). Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Red Tomatoes, Yellow Mustard, Cooked Summer Squash, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Vegetable Oil, Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, Stater Bros.
