Okay this is getting ridiculous. For the pass couple of days I have done awful. I am going to get back on track today. Last night when I was eating items I don't normally eat I had a thought. Initially I was blaming my husband for my eating and then I realized that I have had stuff in the house before that I use to love to eat and never had a problem with it. So it really boils down to do I want to be small and healthy bad enough. I did finish eating what I had served myself however, I decided from there on out I would not use that excuse. So starting today I have going to do what I said I was going to do yesterday and get back on track!! No more excuses!
