Okay my weight stayed the same. I have did awful with my way of eating however. I have not been getting enough water, I am not exercising the way I should and I am over dong my carbs. I am going to start fresh today. I can feel the affects of my over endulgence. I feel bloated, my back hurts and I feel sluggish. It is time to get back on track.
