1975 kcal Fat: 86.66g | Prot: 82.87g | Carb: 223.10g.   Breakfast: sliced almonds, marshmallow, coconut,  cornflakes, butter, jimmy dean maple sausage, onions cooked, Portabella Mushrooms (Grilled), milk 2%, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, egg beaters, bisquick. Lunch: chex mix honey nut, heinz 57 steak sauce, lean ground beef, potatoe, yellow onion. Dinner: chick fil a fries, chick fil a chicken nuggets. Snacks/Other: sliced almonds, marshmallow, coconut,  cornflakes, butter, chex mix honey nut. more...
