Wow, finally in the 130's it has taken me about 14 days of up and down two pounds to get here. Finally! I had some cheat days in there but because eating less has become more of a habit lately, and because I feel like I've broken that habit of constantly obsessing about what I'm going to eat next, I was able to get back on track. Tomorrow is another day where it will be difficult (International festival with food from around the world) but I'm very happy to have my small victory.
