I am not using weight watchers, I have a nutrionist and coach who have put me on a competition diet, and my results started happening immediately. 6 meals, clean carbs, lean protein, and vegetables, a gallon plus of water and weight training. This is the smallest I have ever been, I have never weighed 110, maybe in high school. I have put on muscle and I look healthy, not skinny fat. My goal is to put on more muscle size. It took alot of dedication and planning to get here, and I have never been happier. I have achieved something that I didnt even think was possible. I didnt believe I was capable of this, and I was.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
