Yesterday was a very BAD, BAD day for me. I worken on a 36 hour gig and only had real bad food choices to choose from. Bluberry Sconse in the morning, lunch was just as bad, cold cuts and mayonaise ridden salids, with sweets everywhere. Too new into my diet to resist the sugar. I need another couple weeks with a noticable weight loss to have that kinda willpower.
