I have been going up and down for a while.. decided time to lose it.. down only. Started 8/12/2013, lost 5 lbs first week, still on diet. This is the 9th day for me, a record I think. I am going to do it this time, no more fooling around. My goal is to lose about 16 more pounds before my weeks vacation in Florida on the 3rd week of October. I will then be able to pull out the box that is in storage with all the almost new clothes, tops and shorts, to take on that vacation. When I come back, I will go back on my diet, and lose the rest of this fat that is holding me back. Also, I HATE it when people say, "OH, you don't need to lose weight!" You will get too skinny" You're kidding me, right. I am 5'4" and weigh 181. I am obese. Soon I hope to be just overweight, then eventually get down to being normal weight for my height. Anyway, here I go!
