OK.....I'm starting over....AGAIN. You this "battle of the bulge" is something that I am so determined to conquer. And it's not so that I can look like a star. I don't want people to feel sorry for me and start handing me a sandwich because of being so small, I just want to be able to run with my husband who is a Marine. I want to be able to exercise and not feel like I'm about to die. I hate exercising, I love junk food, yet I continue to tell myself that I love exercising (as I'm on the couch watching television) and that I hate junk food (as a big bowl of ice cream is in my hand as I'm on the couch watching television). I do feel discouraged, but grinding through is part of my nature. I'm going to do this!

lol- i know the feeling about hating exercise, but i think its best to come to the realisation that YES you DO hate exercise, and its okay not to like it- but regardless you have to DO it anyway weather you spend the first hour of your day walking or running, you have no choice but to get up. sometimes i come back smiling, sometimes i feel i have wasted an hour- but 100cal lost is better than 0. lol.
just be disciplined and get exercise into your routine, do it come rain come shine, come walk come run. lol
