Wants a commited diet buddy
Hello All,
I would like someone who is interested in being my diet buddy! someone committed who would together like to keep tabs on each other, check our diet calender, have twice weekly Skype calls to make sure were on exercise diet targets etc. lol. seams a bit hard on which is why i said committed.

I'm on target to loose 10kg in the next 2.5 months(1kg a week) and i want someone to keep tabs on me and set targets together- i'm fully committed to this too Smile and iv'e been a Diet buddy to many others (especially as i.e. had some armature experiences as a fitness trainer)

If your'e interested in hitting your goals with no dillydallying together, send me a message!!

Americans..... Is it really what it looks like on TV?
i'm British, not american and i've been waking up around 5:45-6 every day for the last 5 years or so, i find morning exercise before work to be the best for me, and also that way i dont have to say no to evening engagements etc because i have to exercise, basically before breakfast your exercise commitment is totally over!!!

i think its the same as going to gym after work, some people work better in the morning some in the evening. my gym synced with my work routine, so i only go when i go to work, wake up at 5:50 gym at 6, finish at 8:30 start work at 9 come home, etc. lol

mind you, except for the people that i see at the gym every moning, my other friends do think its slightly bonkers, even if they do go in the evening. lol

My Skinny Jeans Won't Fit...
Waist belts for dresses to give them a nice fitted trendy look


For Jeans and trousers- you're gonna have to either take them in or buy cheep ones in 2nd hand shops or wherever you find them, or if your egood with a needle and thread you can take them in yourself! youtube can help with tutorials Smile

For tops you can also use waist belts on them or Tie the sides to get a new look

the fat me vs. the thin me
Fat me: Gets sad about body and goes on day long binges
Healthy me: Loves her body, dosent obsess over everything she eats and only eats until she is satisfied and no more!

Fat me: Exercise is about the calories
Healthy me: Loves exercise and the results, exercise is fun and energetic!

I get to become fat me everytime i get depressed over the way i look or when i binge, Healthy me is usually there when i love what i eat, worry less about every single number and have fun.
