I'm back!!! The long weekend of camping and riding was good. Thursday night I had a bit of a breakdown. Hate that.... No control of my emotions and I just cry and my brain goes crazy with thoughts!!! OMG Slept it off and woke up feeling better - not 100% but better. Yesterday I felt very back to normal so that's good. Was not at all conforming to any type of diet while I was away. Probably gained - but won't know until Thursday morning. . . we'll see. Well hope ya'll have a great Monday. :)

Don't worry about it, just start back on your healthy eating and move forward that's my motto. I find if I'm too strict with myself it actually hampers my efforts to lose. I get upset with myself and go backwards. Glad you had a nice time camping. I hope the weather is good for our camping trip. Ya never know in the Pacific Northwest.
