felt stomach tightness yesterday so for dinner past night I only had Annie chums chow mein and brown rice. felt better this morning. less gas I guess. this morning only had 1 serving of oats to decrease fiber. did 50+ minute walk this morning too. just over 300 caps burned.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
