Well, I haven't been eating after 8:00 PM, but after grocery shopping and troubleshooting a really annoying computer issue, I'm having a sizable (but relatively healthy) dinner at 8:30. :( Oh well, I'll have to get my Disco Sweat on before bed. And WW weigh in in the morning!
e: know what? No. No I'm not going to have a big meal before bed. I'm going to weigh out 2 portions and have the rest tomorrow night. Hot damn responsible actions are fun!
