seem stuck on this weight, I try but not dropping any last couple of Months
185.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you been slacking the last couple of months. Many times after the initial loss and honeymoon period, we tend to slack off a bit. A bite of this! A taste of that! If you are constantly going off and on plan (eat poorly a couple of days than back on), you can go up and down the same few pounds. Are you tracking all your food honestly? Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? (As you lose weight, you need less calories to keep losing). Are you eating the same things all the time? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat and keep us satiated better than any other food groups. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you eating too many processed foods (they contain tons of sodium)? Are you being active? Activity burns calories, keeps your heart healthy and firms you up. Just some things to think about. If you aren't doing what you should be doing, then find ways to rev up your motivation or determination. Take a new exercise class. Get a pedometer! Try some new recipes! Give yourself a kick and really get strict to see what you can do. Look how far you have come! Your coming down the stretch. You can do it!
