Can't understand what is going on and why am I not losing adequate pounds. I am definitely calorie negative, but weight loss just ain't happening.

I will be extra aggressive this week.
153.7 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
