Week 9
weight loss of 16 lbs.
I have been holding at about one lb. per week for the last 3 weeks.
I would like to see more of course but to be fair I have not done a lick of official exercise.
I will incorporate this element in a few weeks when the kids go back to school and my schedule not only drastically changes but will be routine and consistent.
All along this has been my plan. I just felt so self conscience and fearful to hit the gym before now.
I am looking forward to what this new addition to my journey/goals will bring! Wish me luck;) Heidi
