I love pork tenderloin. or plain loin too. so good. but around here it's been nuts. before the goofy stuff it was 1.59 a pound a 10# log lasts me months. now it's over $3.

@busjwanie It's about double what it was here, but still much cheaper than beef and more easily found than chicken at the moment. I used to buy a four pack for $20, it's now ~$40, so I'm buying smaller cuts in a smaller package and making do. Eggs finally seem to be normalizing. What I don't understand is why fresh/frozen are more scarce than processed. You'd think it would all be about the same as far as demand, but it's not. One thing I did notice although I didn't have refrigerator space is that the fresh fish is gorgeous (looking at the eyes) and a much wider selection than normal. I will be back for some come payday.
