MommieAnya0220's Journal, 10 October 2008

Well, I had to shopping today to buy a few business casual appropriate clothes for when I start clinicals this week. My pants are in between sizes, but my tops and dress size are officially almost 2 sizes down. It felt good to find something cute and appropriate for "work". Now, I've gotta start working on my middle..lol. It sucks having had a child, and that my body is NEVER going to flat, unless by medical intervention (tummy tuck..), but I'm up to suggestions. I'm still doing a standing ab dance routine (2 versions) and have started working on a boot camp abs session.

Any ideas?

Your body most certainly can get back into a nice shape without surgery! :) You have a ways to go.... it took a while to get it here, so be patient with it. You're doing AWESOME! Look at your great chart!! By losing slowly like this, your body is adjusting appropriately and will have less loose skin to worry about later. I think the ab dance is an awesome idea and will help you on your way to getting that tummy trimmer before you know it! Keep on ROCKING it UP!

I had three kiddos, got big as a whale with my last child. When I gained all my weight my tummy was so round I never ever thought Id have a waist line again. I don't so sit ups or crunches, but I do yoga and swim. I wore a bikini a few weeks ago... I felt better about my tummy now than I did when I was in my 30's. it can be down. ALSO, exfoliate and moisturize your skin, it will help to keep it all tone. Go get 'em, you're doing great.
