Today instead of caving and going after a Maryland Crab Pretzel, I created my very own recipe! I'm so proud!

Ingredients: * 20 large, stuffing suitable Jalapeño peppers
* 3 ounces 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese, softened
* 3 ounces Monterey jack cheese
* 3 ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 3 teaspoons Worcester sauce
* 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
* 8 ounces crab meat
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Slice off top of Jalapeños & get out the core & seeds.
3. Mix together with a hand mixer: 1.5 ounces of Monterey, 1.5 ounces cheddar, 3 ounces softened cream cheese, onion powder, Worcester sauce, and Old Bay until smooth.
4. Fold in 8 ounces of crab meat.
5. Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
6. Stuff/top peppers with remaining cheeses & sprinkle with Old Bay.
7. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
I used a pepper rack with foil underneath to catch anything that might fall. Good thing too! Lost 3 out of the 20 peppers I did!
