I so didn't know that working out helps clear your nose.. Even if I feel like a steamroller ran over my sinuses and my energy, I managed to get in half a Taebo workout and 1.5 sessions of the Tummy Trimmers ab workout. I feel completely zapped of everything and dizzy. What's up with the dizzy crap? I can handle all of the stuffiness, the coughing, and runny noses, but being dizzy just makes me want to stay non-busy today.

I think also, because of some of my choices in snacks today, I went up on the scale.. but only half a pound; hence, my workout this morning. At least I had a salad last night.

I HATE being sick. It's just hard to trust anything OTC anymore, due to them just being full of junk.. so, I'm managing with some vapor rub, a steam bath, and some herbal teas to help soothe issues.

I still can't believe I'm in the 260's.. It's been too long to see these numbers, and I'm soo motivated to get into the 250's.

When we go to the beach next summer, I'm going to look semi-decent. Hell yeah! :)
