Well, if I didn't eat after dinner I would be a lot thinner.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Mayo Clinic Plan   losing 0.5 lb a week


That is a problem that I have been struggling with too. We eat dinner at 6:30 and I have to tell myself, "No eating after 7:00. Kitchen is closed!!" But I am a "closet eater" and sometimes I sneak something. Of course I am only fooling myself. This is my personal challenge.

Me, too,...and last night I was bad, but not until right before I went to bed at eleven. I sabotaged myself.
