Went to the Ohio State Fair. Was able to ride almost all of the rides...the seats for one of the swing rides was just a smidge too small. My hips just fit in the width of the seat. Was able to walk around all day....started about 3:30 pm and left for home around 11 pm....without back pain or shin splints! By the end of the night my feet hurt but so did the others. The next day I was quite stiff. I even took pictures with my son! I wouldn't have done any of that before. I wouldn't have been able to ride any rides and I certainly wouldn't have taken pictures.
