Well....the scales seem to be holding at 160...finally! Keep your toes and fingers crossed that I'm on the last number in this "decade" for the last time! 150's here I come!!!

Keep it up and you'll start to see that downward trend again. My toes are crossed for you, I need my fingers for typing:) I would love to see you on the DDR. I like to imagine that everyone is as clumsy as me. It's good to see you back online. I missed your last post in my search of buddies journals. I hope that doesn't mean I have been missing others too.
