No grains excepts for some breading on chicken.
Only real butter, olive oil - no vegetable oil, soy or beans.
More meat than I'm used to.
Raspberry Ketones from Sam's Club warehouse; 2 a day.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.4 lb a week
