Plateauing continues.... and I am not frustrated by it. Which is amazing. Ususally it is enough to send me into binge mode.
On Saturday I am starting a very restrictive elimination diet to try and identify the source of some of the symptoms I have been having: foggy head, terrible memory, continual infections, immune system in overdrive, inflammation in my joints. It could be a food allergy.
I am hoping that I wont be as tired and will feel more motivated to exercise. I am exercisiong three times a week. I do know that to lose weight I need to be exercising four to five times.
I have also gone back to working a four day week - which gives me an extra day to exercise.
Will check back in here when I am at the end of the food elimination phase - 21 days! three weeks sound better :)
