So I came home from work today and I was so tired and had a slight headache so I decided to not do my usual Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video and go lay down. all I could think about laying there was "its a 20 minute workout, yes intense, but only 20 minutes. get your lazy ass up and do it" S that is what I did I got my lazy ass up and did it and boy am I glad that I did cause now I feel great! No more headache and I don't feel guilty for not exercising today.

That is always my biggest hurdle is talking myself into the workout, once I'm there and done I am so happy I did it. Congrats to you for fighting the urge to be lazy :)

The thing is I don't normally have to talk myself into it but yesterday for some reason I just was so tired and didn't want to. That was a huge hurdle for me to do it even though I didn't want to! Now I know I have NO EXCUSES!!
