17.6% body fat lol Been eating out everyday still since the last weight in so no surprise on gaining another lb. Weighed myself after dinner which probably didn't help out.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
